Terms of Service
Effective September 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of app.aceglobal.ai and the services Ace Global provides through it. By creating an account or engaging a service, you agree to them.
What we do
Ace Global provides company formation, business tax preparation and filing, tax account registration, and bookkeeping. Work on any engagement begins after you have started it in the app and provided the information and documents it needs, and where a fee applies, after that fee is agreed and paid.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information. Filings are prepared from what you provide, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
- Respond to requests for documents or approvals in time to meet deadlines. Where a deadline is missed because information reached us late, penalties and interest are yours.
- Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you suspect your account is compromised.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for businesses you are authorized to act for.
Our responsibilities
We prepare and submit your filings with professional care, keep you informed of progress in the app, and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we make an error in a filing, we will correct it at no charge.
The AI assistant
The in-app assistant explains where your engagements stand and answers general questions. It is not a substitute for advice from your accountant, and nothing it says is a filing, legal, or investment recommendation. Decisions on your engagements are made by people.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated per engagement before you commit. Invoices are payable through the app via Stripe. Work already delivered is not refundable; where an engagement is cancelled before work begins, we refund what you have paid for it.
Not covered
We are not responsible for decisions of tax authorities or state agencies, for delays they cause, or for outcomes that follow from information you did not provide or provided incorrectly. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
Ending an account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account used unlawfully or in breach of these terms. Either way, records we must keep under tax regulations are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the updated terms.
