Privacy Policy

Ace Global (“we”, “us”) provides company formation, business tax filing, tax account registration, and bookkeeping services through app.aceglobal.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a hash), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
- Business and tax information you give us— details you enter in organizers and intake forms, such as your company’s legal name, EIN, addresses, ownership, financial figures, and, where a filing requires it, personal tax identifiers such as Social Security numbers.
- Documents you upload — formation papers, prior-year returns, bank statements, payroll reports, and similar records needed to do the work you hire us for.
- Messages — what you write in support chat and to our AI assistant.
- Payment records — invoices and their status. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Usage data — pages visited and basic device information, used for performance and error monitoring.
Why we collect it
To deliver the services you engage us for: preparing and submitting filings, registering tax accounts, keeping your books, scheduling calls, invoicing, answering your questions, and keeping your account secure. We also use aggregate usage data to fix bugs and improve the product.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this product, each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Vercel — application hosting and analytics
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic — powers the AI assistant and document reading; your content is not used to train their models
- Cal.com — call scheduling
- Google — optional sign-in, and video calls where you choose Google Meet
- Sentry — error monitoring
Beyond that, we disclose information only to government agencies as required to complete the filings you ask us to make, or where the law compels us.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as tax regulations require us to retain filing records. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove everything we are not legally required to keep.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Ace Global is limited to staff who need it to serve you, and sensitive columns carry additional encryption. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you.
Your choices
You can see and edit most of your information in the app’s settings. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing use@aceglobal.ai.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
